This is a good overview of the heavyweight battle. I’m going to fall in the middle on this one. From all accounts, ESPN has a serious problem with their workplace atmosphere. I don’t think airing all of the dirty laundry is necessarily justified by Deadspin, but its obvious that ESPN has been covering its own ass for years now.

If any of these employees was unfairly named, then go take Deadspin to court. That said, I’m willing to wager that this will cause ESPN to spend more time cleaning up its act than Deadspin will spend defending itself against libel suits.
